These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jl100 platform and all services provided under it. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing or using jl100, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full.

By registering an account, accessing, or using any service provided by jl100, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the jl100 platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
These Terms apply to all forms of access to jl100 — including via web browser on mobile or desktop devices — and to all game categories including live casino, online slots, sports betting, online bingo, Tongits Go, and online sabong.
jl100 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Age Restriction: The jl100 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations applicable to all Philippine-licensed online gaming operators. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. You must notify jl100 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Players are obligated to ensure that all account information remains accurate and up to date. Material inaccuracies — particularly regarding identity, age, and contact details — may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory identity verification.
In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering regulations, all jl100 accounts are subject to mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before Real Money Play access, withdrawals, or the processing of transactions above threshold amounts are permitted.

jl100 will endeavor to complete KYC verification within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving a complete and legible document submission. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. E-wallet deposits are credited to your jl100 account immediately upon receipt of confirmed payment.

jl100 does not charge Player-side withdrawal fees for standard payment methods. Third-party transaction charges imposed by payment providers are outside jl100's control.
All transactions on jl100 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jl100 does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency.
jl100 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.
Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the bonus validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonuses are available only to eligible Players with verified accounts unless otherwise stated. jl100 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are issued per eligible account and may not be transferred between accounts.
jl100 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, wagering on opposing outcomes to eliminate risk ("arbitrage"), or any other strategy designed to exploit promotions contrary to their intended purpose. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
Each game category on jl100 — including live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, poker variants), online slots, sports betting, bingo, Tongits Go, and sabong — operates under its own published set of rules. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with jl100's published sports betting rules for each sport and market type. In cases of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, jl100's settlement rules will determine the outcome. jl100 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by obvious pricing errors or technical faults.
In the event of a technical failure or interruption during any game session — including live dealer games — jl100 will attempt to restore the session to its pre-interruption state where technically possible. Where restoration is not possible, jl100 may, at its discretion, void the affected round and return stakes to the Player's account. jl100 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
Each game on jl100 operates with published minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits may vary by game type, room, and Player account status. jl100 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.

All registered jl100 Players may set the following self-imposed limits via their account settings at any time:
Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect, as a protective measure.
Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days via account settings. During a cooling-off period, the Player's account is temporarily suspended from Real Money Play.
Players who require a longer-term or permanent break may apply for self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming section in account settings. Self-exclusion periods of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion are available. During self-exclusion, jl100 will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from reaching the excluded Player.
jl100 enforces strict age verification. All Players must be 21 years of age or older in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household cannot access their jl100 account. jl100 recommends using device-level parental controls as an additional protective measure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl100 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
All content on the jl100 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, brand marks, game titles, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is owned by or licensed to jl100 and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jl100 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any jl100 content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl100 shall not be liable for:
jl100's total liability to any individual Player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits jl100's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
jl100 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds not meeting withdrawal criteria) will be returned to the Player's verified payment account after any applicable checks and deductions are applied. Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud or Terms violations may have all balances forfeited.
jl100's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information is governed by the jl100 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the jl100 platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the use of the jl100 platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact jl100 support to resolve disputes informally. jl100 is committed to fair and timely resolution of Player complaints. Complaints that cannot be resolved internally may be escalated to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaint channels.
jl100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jl100 will provide notice to registered Players through one or more of the following channels: a notice on the jl100 platform, an SMS to the Player's registered mobile number, or an email to the Player's registered email address.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed in the "Effective Date" section at the top of this document. Continued access to or use of the jl100 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.
Players who do not agree with any amendment should cease use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting jl100 support.
